"The address and the location on the map don't fit. Tried to find it with the map location, not existing. The telephone number was also wrong, we gave up. All telephone numbers are wrong, one is +254 which is not Ethiopia, the Ethiopian number is a private number which has nothing to do with the hotel. I never saw this hotel. I hope no money was booked from my credit card."

"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. "On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer service this was resolved and off course they had my reservation. They refused to take me to the airport even though the listing said they had an airport shuttle, reason why I booked them,. Rooms are...
