By the time they reached us, we were back from where we went during the day. Also, the batteries in the remote to operate the tv were dead & there was no way to turn the tv on without it. "They had given our room to someone else and so we had to wait for only about 30 minutes while they arranged a new room for us. We were told that we were going to get a king suite but we got a regular queen room but it was 1:30 am after a flight and we didn’t have the energy to ask for a room change. "

"Everyone was super helpful and nice. We stayed on the 18th floor and our housekeeper was so nice and greeted us everyday or every time we passed by her, asking each time if we needed anything. the bar downstairs is super convenient, but the female bar tender wasn't very interactive and drinks were ok. This hotel is super close to Freemont street. The only downside is all the "extra" hotel fees when checking in. It was supposed to be $139 at the hotel and it was nearly $300!!"
