"Very quiet and comfortable. Grounds were maintained and the beach is right outside the back gate of the property. The only issue was internet access. Maybe it was due to the recent hurricane, so I want consider that a negative. We had our global hotspot, so we managed. "

"Sugar & Spice make Turtles Nest feel like home. We loved the pool and being able to eat breakfast outside each morning. It was very helpful to have bathrooms inside each room as a family of 5 being able to come in and shower quickly to make it back out to our next stop. The homemade breakfast each morning was amazing. Peta-Gay, Vincent and Zeb are very kind and thoughtful. Our cleaner lady who came was a Godsend who helped when my baby got sick. Next time we are in this area we will for sure...

"Our entire family of 13 stayed 8 days. Location was great, Lashings bar / restaurant 500 feet away. We went thru the bar to get to the beach. Visited Pelican bar, had fresh lobster delivered to our house, which we cooked on the grill. Cleveland and Valerie were great to us, they provided a ride to go shopping, cooked a welcome meal and a Jamaican meal for us. Very satisfied. "

"A large group of us Peace Corps workers stayed there for a weekend and LOVED it. It is perfect for a large group. The communication was great and the staff is very nice. The local contact, Vaughn, could not have been more helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back! "

"We just spent 5 days at bel cove and it was such a great experience!! The groundskeeper gary is the best hes so helpful but not intrusive!! He was there for anything we needed!! The only thing( you cant control mother nature) is the water is verryyyyy shallow at the beach so while its still beautiful its not really swimable and the pool is really warm. "We went to Out of the Blue for a second time with a group of 8 friends. It was fantastic! The staff were amazing and made our stay truly special. The food was amazing. It was great to try so many Jamaican dishes. The house is so comfortable and relaxing and just steps to a fantastic quiet beach. We were sad to leave. We hope to return again soon. "

"The sat nav directions took us to a field a couple of.mikes away from the property, called thenumber, took a few tries to get an answer, then due to misunderstanding, was given dirctions for coming in the opposite direction that we were.heading, took a few phone calls and a few wrong turns till we got there. The lady on arrival was really helpful. Had choice of 2 cabins. Lovely, vlean and huge bed. Take.mosquito spay though as right next to the water. The view was amazing of the pond. Had to ask for water to be turned on and the was a bit dodgy. Same lady in the morning didnt seem happy when she asked for id, i do not carry my passport with me, my jamaican husband just had his driving licence which she eventually took but seemed vexed. It is a gorgeous place, i personally wpukdnt visit again mostly due to the attitude but i would recommend a visit soley for the loaction. "

"This property is a hidden jewel. Very quiet and very peaceful. Not in the heart of the town, with all the hustle and bustle. But close enough to the historical town of Black River, the capital of St. Elizabeth parish. Also a little historical fact, it was the first town to receive electricity. The property is near to famous attractions such as Black River Safari, YS falls, Jamaica Zoo, and Holland Bamboo. Love this property!"
