"Amazingly good staff - friendly and efficient. Surprised no dining room for evening meals but with such good (Michelin starred?) pub 3 minutes walk away they were forgiven. New batteries, with cleaned contacts, were needed in the safe so it was a good job that we weren't too worried about leaving valuables in our room. Excellent breakfast!"

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice.
