"The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*"

"A fabulous stay in a well-appointed (and beautifully-decorated) room! The location was excellent, a short walk from all the historic sights, and I very much appreciated the ample wardrobe storage and the kitchenette. Check-in was straightforward and communication beforehand was thorough. The one thing I'd note is that the room was located on a road that saw some traffic in the mornings, so bear that in mind if you're an usually late and/or light sleeper. "Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."
