Great location, casino and staff

This is a nice property and would stay again. Vegas overall has become too pricey...2 double espressos and 2 small vanilla bean scones came out to $28USD for what one would pay about $7. I expect to pay more but this is become extreme. Deny's is across the street for a cheap breakfast and you must try Taco's el Gordo just beside it!

The hotel is really up the the name of it. Everything is nice, clean, upscale. I like almost everything about this place and definitely consider to stay here more in future. The only complaint I have is the weight sensor minibar. I picked up one of the item to check what included in it without seeing the sign stating 30 seconds limit. I out it back as soon as I saw the sign but I still got charged for it. Although the CS is really nice and gentle offering refund right away, I still quite feel annoyed that they put that trick there and make me waste my time to call them.

Check in was probably the most memorable part. The person that checked us in at the reception was so lovely. She really went out of her way to take great care of my sister and I. This type of warm reception made us feel welcome and it started off our stay on such a great note!

The Wynn hotel never disappoints. Five star service the entire stay.
