"Classy property in a beautiful location. Our room was overlooking the ocean on the lobby level which is about the 5th floor. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, modern and clean and had everything we needed. The whole property is luxurious and has it's own private beach and large deck areas with sun beds and chairs. "This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the...
