Great room, not so great check-in
The property is going through rough times . The entrance is being used by the property next door and they managed to have two hotels managed under one . Lights are off , little to no amenities , but the staff do their absolute best to make you happy . Problem is there are only 1-2 that are available for two hotels . If they can help you they absolutely will , but if there isn’t anyone , you may have to wait . My room was A+ , but check in was not good . The entrance to the Hilton is no longer working so it took me about 15 min ringing a doorbell and another 30 to be fully checked in once I found the entrance . Sadly covid had ruined the experience of a once beautiful hotel and it looks dreary once you arrive on your floor . I hope and wish nothing but the best for the property, but it looks like it may be on its last breath.

The beds were comfortable, the swimming pool was perfect for children and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast: it was very mediocre and the buffet bar was poorly situated and hard to access.

Great Hotel staff
The worker bee staff in this hotel really care. They try extremely hard - and succeed - in understanding needs and a significant willingness to correct anything you consider is not quite up to snuff.... they don't always success BUT you cannot fault the genuine desire to "make your stay a great one"

A good hotel for Business guests. Good location, and the service is always great! The staff makes the effort to give you a personalized treatment and are always willing to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

We stayed at Double Tree for 4 days when we landed in Colombia. We really loved the staff there who were super helpful. The room was lovely and we liked the location because it was easy to get out of Bogota for day trips or to move to our next destination

The hotel staff is great! I stayed at this hotel a few times and they always remember me when I come back and are very attentive and willing to help. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Close to some restaurants, supermarket, and not too far from the airport.

The hotel is not close to shopping or restaurants. It is hard for Uber drivers to find abs half the time cab drivers take you to the other double tree. Very clean and nice property if you don’t mind having to take a taxi everywhere.

My only concern was about unexpected fees, the hotel charge me 19% on taxes like if I'm Colombian, I'm Peruvian and only stayed in Colombia fro 3 days, I read Expedia policy about this tax and it looks like Expedia is wrong and must modify this on their web page.

Perfect location just off the main street (Calle 100). Modern, clean, and quiet. This is exactly what one needs in this vibrant and very busy mega-city. Exceptional staff, very polite and educated. Everything you ask for gets done quickly and smoothly. No drama or delays. I strongly recommend the USA Double Tree employees to visit and train with their Bogotá counterparts.
