Very good hotel overall. The beds are extremely uncomfortable (too hard) but this is very common in most communication Colombian hotels. The gym was small with limited equipment. The rooftop pool was not functional. Other than that, room was clean and quiet and then location is good.

I want to thank Alexander (receptionist) and Steven: bar) for their amazing service. However, I will not be back to exe 95. Every night for 4 nights I was freezing in the room it's a thermostat in the room for decoration. When I called the guy told yeah that's how it is I asked for a portable heater and he laugh however when I called the next day ALEXANDER helped me and was so nice and sent me a heater. Breakfast awful... No clean tables at all, and you have to be in line to get coffee mugs and utensils from the staff. Steven was the ONLY one at breakfast trying to do everything by HIMSELF running around to please guests. WE THANK YOU! Oh, the shower doesn't have a water stop at the door so water will run all over the room, awful. Location great
