There was a big safety issue where a man who was either homeless or a drug user entered the facility around 11:00 pm, and it was very startling. Another customer and I were outside and observed the individual and his behavior and it was disturbing. The staff member let him in but he was wondering around. I would’ve left but due to the timing and me not opting to have a refund but due to that we stayed however I was very watchful and it was unsettling because of this part of the experience.

We could hear people running in the hallways, noises from other rooms. We were disappointed in the limited breakfast. Housekeeping did not come in and change our bedding, towels, take garbage or refill soaps during our 2 night stay. Not impressed

This was better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed at! Everything in the room was perfectly placed and very comfortable; the mirrors, the lighting...the only disappointment was that we had severe thunderstorms late night and we had a power outage - there was no communication from the staff as to when the power would come back on, or whether any of of the residents might have needed anything...in any case, I would love to come back and stay again...breakfast options were kind of not that amazing.
