"I spent weeks here. I stayed in the room with a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable and worm. The shower is electric shower, but works surprisingly well. The wifi is fast and steady. The host is very friendly. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal, but a bit far from downtown."

"The bedroom and linens didn’t smell the best and the staff tried to tell me my tour was cancelled at 5am when it wasn’t. Thankfully, I didn’t leave the lobby and my tour picked me up before I went back to bed. Otherwise, this is in a good location for shopping if you’re just here for a quick trip. "

"Cristina the host was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quiet. The location is excellent close to the main plaza and only 4 blocks away from the airport bus stop. Breakfast is very good, it offers tea, mate, fresh bread, yogurt, fresh fruit juice, egg, fresh fruit. I highly recommend Casa de Huespedes Isabella"

"Apartment address incomplete. Arrived and double booked. Moved to alternative 10 mins drive away. neither AirCon working (Santa Cruz is Steaming). Boy agrees to pay difference for hotel next door. Must pay cash. Boy late for check out (flight to catch). Shows up with abusive parents and refuses to pay for hotel. Stress!"
