"We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, always going out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made every moment of our stay truly delightful. Even when we unexpectedly got stuck in the elevator (an issue beyond the hotel’s control), they responded promptly and went above and beyond by sending a thoughtful plate of appetizers to our room as an apology. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the vibrant and unique city of La Paz, Bolivia. "

The rooms are a bit noisy but I guess it's the price to pay to be in town. Breakfast is okay but not in par with the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in La Paz."
