"The location was great. So close to beach. We loved walking along the beach each day to town for coffee. The kids were upset that there was no wifi. The adults didn't care. We were very disappointed that linen and towels were not included considering the cost per night. Nit pick, the dishwasher filter wasn't clean and was very difficult to remove to clean. I did try. The property was a great size and 3 bathrooms were more than ample. We love Rainbow Beach."

"We loved our stay with family and friends. House is very spacious and cosy. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had all that was needed. We did most of our cooking on the Weber on the balcony. Great view from the balcony, we could see dingo's walking on the beach, the resident goanna and Kookaburra's made regular appearances, and at low tide the kids enjoyed the thousands of soldier crabs. "We absolutely loved our stay at Kokomo. We had everything we needed for a fun relaxing getaway. "

"Location was great and property was clean and kitchen was well equipped. However, weather was very humid therefore, it needed aircon or at least fans in kitchen, family and deck areas. Hand wash was not provided in one of the bathrooms and No lock for upstairs bathroom. "

I think we should have been given a reduction in the cost due to the issues we faced such as having to use our own barbeque due to issues with the property's cooking facilities."
