The house is calm, pleasant and warm.
Completely renovated in 2013. This property consists of a living room with sofa bed 140x200, open kitchen and fully equipped, a dining area with a dining table for 4, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, high speed internet, iron.
On the ground floor ; bedroom, bathroom, sink, hair dryer.
Bed linen, towels, shower gel are provided. We also provide you with the basic products for the kitchen.
To complete a PARKING place in a secure garage is at your disposal.
The accommodation is non smoking, however you can smoke on the terrace, the accommodation does not accept animals.
We propose an ideal hiring to discover Bordeaux and its Region.

Monica is wonderful. The apartment is on two levels with all amenities and attention to detail. Monica and Antoine made my stay in Bordeaux very pleasant. They were welcoming and thoughtful. The house has high quality beds, pillows, linens and towels. It is a charming place to stay in Bordeaux if you prefer to have a quiet nights sleep in a safe neighbourhood that is an enjoyable walk to all the attractions. I will stay there the next time I’m in Bordeaux! Monica est merveilleuse. L'appartement est sur deux niveaux avec toutes les commodités et l'attention aux détails. Monica et Antoine ont rendu mon séjour à Bordeaux très agréable. Ils étaient accueillants et attentionnés. La maison a des lits, des oreillers, des draps et des serviettes de haute qualité. C'est un endroit charmant où séjourner à Bordeaux si vous préférez passer des nuits tranquilles dans un quartier sûr qui est une agréable promenade à toutes les attractions. Je vais rester là la prochaine fois que je suis à Bordeaux!

Ottimo il garage nel quale puoi lasciare l'auto e non pensarci più fino alla partenza. Un luogo in cui torneremmo con piacere!

Propriétaires très accueillants et d'une rare gentillesse.
La propriété est très bien aménagée, la litterie vraiment confortable et la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Le soleil était au rendez vous et la climatisation nous a permis de mieux supporter cette chaleur me étouffante régnant à Bordeaux.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Monica et Antoine durant une semaine et nous y avons passé des moments très agréables. Déjà l'accueil chaleureux et convivial de Monica et Antoine vous mettrons directement à l'aise sans compter les petites attentions : petit déjeuner dans le frigo, préparatifs pour notre bébé, lit, matelas à langer, chaise haute...nous n'avons manqué de rien du tout. L'appartement est climatisé ce qui aide beaucoup par le temps de grandes chaleurs q Bordeaux et avec un bébé, le lit confortable. l'appartement est très fonctionnel et près de toutes commodités et a peine a 10min à pieds du cœur de Bordeaux et le plus un garage pour la voiture. Encore merci à vous deux de votre accueil, nous ne manquerons pas de louer une deuxième fois si de passage à Bordeaux.

Accueil remarquable et appartement confortable.
Nous avons été accueillis par des gens vraiment très sympathique. L'appartement était très propre, sécuritaire et confortable et aucun bruit de la rue n'était perceptible. Beaucoup de petites attentions ont été portés à notre égard et ce fût très apprécié. Nous recommandons cette appartement pour tous les voyageurs voulant visiter Bordeaux.

Les propriétaires sont super, l'appartement nikel et correspondant à la description. Pas trop éloigné du centre ville et bientôt avec le tram encore mieux. L'environnement est très calme et donc très reposant. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cette adresse Murielle et Bernard

Nous avons apprécié!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, souriant et convivial de Monica. La maison était très bien équipée et conforme à la description. Il ne manquait de rien. La climatisation était la bienvenue en cette période de canicule. Nous n'avons même pas eu à nous inquiéter pour le lendemain, car Monica nous avait mis dans le frigo de quoi préparer le petit déjeuner Bio, s.v.p! Merci Monica!

On s'y sent comme chez soi!
2ème séjour que je passe dans la "petite maison" de Monica et Antonio. C'est toujours avec beaucoup de sourires et de chaleur que je suis accueillie. de quoi se sentir à l'aise et comme chez soi dès la première minute. Le logement est fonctionnel et idéal pour un couple. Il ne manque rien. Le petit plus est la climatisation qui est bien utile quand il fait 35 °C! Un peu excentré de l'hyper centre de Bordeaux, vous y serez en 10 minutes de marche.Le quartier est vraiment calme. Toutes les commodités sont à 5 minutes à peine de marche et encore moins si vous allez chez l'épicier en face ou le charcutier-boucher juste en bas. En un mot pour résumer cette location: FONCEZ!!
