"Nice little hotel down the road from the main stretch of Bordighera, basic and nice. A/c worked great, the hotel was clean, nice little view of the sea and steps from a quiet beach and nice beachfront restaurant. 20 minute walk from the main part of the town. The train is apparent at night but the whole beautiful little city is nearby the train so just put earplugs in if you are so sensitive to it. "

"The bathroom was did not function, definitely a plumbing problem. Water on the floor when we arrived and the toilet seat was not connected, the shower didn't drain so we had to have a quick shower so that the water didn't flow over the shower on to the already wet floor because the washing machine in the bathroom already left water on the floor. . The house is on the only street to access the autoroute so it sounded like a race track. No AC so we had to open the windows and hear the traffic all night. The apartment should have been in working order, it was not. We left in the morning and drove 6 hours back home and didn't have a 12 day vacation. They refused to refund our money and said that the problems were out of their control. Unethical, dishonest, scammer. Don't ever rent Lemon house. "

"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Casa Grandis very much The property is perfectly located close to the beach, the historic area and the many restaurants/stores that made our trip very convenient. The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was lovely to have coffee/tea on the balcony in the morning, then wine or an Aperol spritz in the evening before heading out to one of the many delicious restaurants minutes away by foot. The air conditioning made it very comfortable to sleep and cool off from the summer sun. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Casa Grandis without reservation. The owner was very helpful and took her time to recommend many local restaurants and the check in/check out process was easy and Diana was very kind and punctual. Bordighera is a very beautiful and quaint gem of the Italian Riviera that offers all of the beauty with less crowds as some of the other places on the beaten path. We fell in love ❤️"

"Impossible to find , was dropped off near by because the taxi couldn’t find our apartment had to get another taxi and he couldn’t it , the address that was given to by you was not the same as the name above the apartment and that’s why nobody could find it so frustrating and costing us over 100 euro just to find it …. When we found it the chap that was waiting to give us the key was so rude and not even apologetic towards us Im in fact he keep repeating “you don’t want to stay “ we never said that , but he was so unprofessional in fact if we hadn’t of paid we would of gone somewhere else . Also you should inform who ever stays there they need a taxi to get to the town … another question where’s the sea view ?? Rubbish had to be taken to the town never had this before …? My friends told me they would never use hotels .com again 🤔"
