"It was distressing to look out of our room window and look down at the ramshackle tin roofs of a slum and see the inhabitants go about their daily lives right next to our 5 star hotel. This poor community clearly needs help. The wealthy 5 star hotels could surely pool their resources to construct a safe building and clear the unsafe precarious buildings. "

"Very nice hotel to stay in, very clean and housekeeping are very friendly and attentive. Reception staff could be friendlier - we tried checking in early and they had rooms readily available but asked us to pay extra for it. It doesn’t make sense. If the room is ready and available, what are we paying extra for? Local area wasn’t bad - easy to get to Juhu beach, south Mumbai and catch Ubers."
