"First time at these property and was amazed at many factors. From the parking attendants to the receptionist whos was so professional and courteous. She took in consideration all our request and with a smile gave us great customer service and clear directions. Bell man was also informative and prompt. When we got to the room it was so comfortable and clean. It had a view to die for and it was equipped with all needs. All lounges and restaurants were clean and food was well prepared. The environment was safe and fun. Room service was prompt and easy to order. The outdoor pool and hot tub was amazing on a snowy day. Very enjoyable. I suggest to try the delicious salads at the lobby restaurant. "
