I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. "All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel it’s self had a lot of class and couldn’t have asked for more. Little down side, the bathroom smelt of drains which was not nice, we had a Deluxe Room, I don’t see the difference between a deluxe room and a Premier Inn room so felt disappointed with this considering how attractive the hotel was. "Can’t wait to stay here again! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with directions. You can’t beat the vibe in the lobby and there are always cool, interesting events going on right downstairs. I wish I got a chance to try the workout classes but I saw a comedy show and checked out a vintage market. The room was so big and had everything I needed. "

"This was the first time I tried checking in online. It didn't quite work out aswell as I expected but there was someone in reception ready to help. Now I'm familiar i would try it again. The hotel room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was very good. We arrived by train easily accessible from Central Station. "
