"Falling Waters was perfect for our overnight stop over especially after battling the Sydney traffic – it was the perfect antidote. With a cheese board and G&T in hand, we soaked up the peace and calm of the bushy environment, mesmerised by the stunning bird activity... and just like that, the stress of the day fell away.
