You are going to love our little beach retreat in the heart of Branson. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, KING BED, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). This is our vacation home and we want it to provide you with all that you need whether that be some quiet time sitting on the deck, drinking a cup of coffee and watching squirrels and golfers go by, playing board games with your family and reconnecting or a clean place to lay your head while you fish all day and go to shows at night! We have tried to think of it all. Need to work during the day? Enjoy our very strong wi-fi on the deck or sitting at an island inside. My favorite thing to do (it's what I'm doing right now as I type this) is to sit out on the patio in the early evening, drink a cup of coffee and listen to the quiet! Thanks for considering spending some time with us; let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay something you will never forget! Great for the Price!
Needed a place to stay bc we were gathering info for investment purposes. Communications with management and owner were excellent! The beds were comfortable, which I had read in another review. Good location overall. Overall the Fall Creek properties are showing their age. The price point for my stay in this 2 Bed 2 Bath was the main reason I booked!

Very relaxing perfect!
This was a WONDERFUL stay! David made every step convenient. The unit was perfect for all ages, it was fully stocked with all conveniences and necessities plus extras! The location and extended patio made for peaceful mornings with coffee in the sun overlooking the golf course. Just perfect. David was extremely easy to communicate with but there was nothing to really bother him with as it was SO organized and prepared. I'd visit any of their units without hesitation..great business ethics! Thank you for a .ost perfect stay!

The condo was everything it was marketed to be and more. Cleanest refrigerator I have ever seen! It is a comfortable place and my MIL couldn’t stop commenting on all the cute decorations! Great place and great host! Highly recommend!

Lovely, relaxing stay!
My husband and I just needed a quiet getaway. This place was a perfect fit -- LOVED that it was a little ways from all the busyness. We enjoyed watching the golfers outside the window. The host was very attentive and the accomodations were complete for our 5-night stay. Branson has a great mix of outdoor activities to enjoy nature and shows galore! Then it was so nice to return to our place to relax!!! We will definitely stay again!

Incredible experience!
Our stay at Just Beachy was an incredible experience for our Branson family vacation! Amazing communication from property manager helped the check in/check out process go so smoothly, as well as quick responses during our stay when we had questions. Comfortable, clean, well decorated, and a lot of nice, small touches to make this the perfect stay for us! Additionally, you can't beat the location! Short drive from Moonshine Beach (with a complementary access pass!) and short drive from Top of the Rock, a local coffee shop, scenic overlooks, the "main strip" and even not too far from Silver Dollar City and Whitewater! We'll be staying here again!

Only Missing the Waves
Just Beachy was as described and photographed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor patio was perfect. My family and I enjoyed the owners' discount card and suggestions for entertainment. Dave was very attentive and helpful with all of our questions and needs. The theme of the condo is amazing and made us miss the crashing waves of the ocean. We will be checking for availability the next time we visit Branson.

Girl's Getaway
Last minute fun getaway before back to school. My girls and I loved the beach theme and we had plenty of room! Everything was clean and spotless. Perfect neighborhood, very quiet, security rounded through lots. I appreciated being away from the busy main street, yet just a few minutes from anything we needed. Host was very responsive abd helpful. Only thing that could be better is the directions. Otherwise, it was perfect! We will definitely stay again!!

We stay in Branson every year and this year was made all the better by this condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do, was set up with every convenience we could need, and was extremely clean (A must for us). Fantastic stay at Just Beachy
My girlfriend and I really needed a few days of vacation. Just Beachy exceeded our expectations. We were comfortable in our bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach/sea decor and color schemes were very peaceful and calming. The patio was large with lots of seating; looking out on the gold course. Kitchen and living room were well supplied and enjoyable to relax in.

We had a great time in Branson. The property was really nice. The host made sure our stay ran smoothly. He saw I was having trouble with the key code. I didnt have to call him to let him know he sent me a new code with no problems. I love that they checked in with me to make sure i didnt need anything. The unit was very clean the beds was comfortable. This condo was newly renovated and had all new stuff. I love you can sit out on the porch and watch others play golf on the golf course. The condo is very nice and cozy. I highly recommend staying here. It is also very quiet and only 2 miles from hwy 76 with all the main attractions.
