Undergoing renovations, Extremely dirty and noisy!!! Besides that, cleaning lady was always rude. Front desk staff was mostly nice. To access the pool you have to cross the entire hotel through the basement and several construction areas.

Under extensive renovation.scaffolding surrounding entire property. A bit dated property with wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!! Not even lotion or shower gel for amenities. Nice linens and towels. I was happy the rooms weren’t carpeted,only the halls.

Centrally located hotel, one line behind the central city axis. Staff members are really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Kamilla. Rooms are good, some parts are a bit old though. Some renovation. works are ongoing, so they are trying to improve, which is good. Breakfast restaurant is very good, spacious and comfortable with a good choice of food. Overall, a nice hotel with a good price - quality ratio. Thanks.

O serviço deixou muito a desejar para um hotel 5 estrelas. Chegamos e estava chovendo mas não fomos recebidos com guarda-chuva. A gerente e as atendentes foram muito deselegantes no atendimento. O café da manhã é bom. Entretanto, o serviço péssimo decepciona. O principal em uma estadia é ser bem tratado e nesse caso não fomos.

estadia agradável. restaurante a la carne deixa a desejar pela qualidade dos pratos. o quarto e espaçoso e revitalizado. porem o enxoval deixa a desejar, por se denominarem cinco estrelas. cama nao tem pillowtop. nao existe edredom, mantas sintéticas como as de avião. mobiliário do quarto muito aquém das expectativas.
