This private, luxury, duplex with high-end finishes in a peaceful, wooded residential setting will make you feel right at home. Large PRIVATE DECK with PRIVATE HOT TUB, 3-story, vaulted ceilings, wide plank wood floors, spa-like bathrooms, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, garage parking (1) plus parking for one additional vehicle, and REAL WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE. You will feel right at home in this cozy, secluded mountain retreat with long-range views of Summit County! *79.00 Property Fee will be added at checkout for the purchase of a damage insurance policy.

Perfect spot for a family ski getaway!
Our family had a great experience staying at this cabin for our spring break. The cabin was spotless, was well-appointed with everything we would need for our stay, and the host provided clear, prompt communication. The location was quiet and private, but a quick, easy drive into downtown Breckenridge and to the Gondola lots at Breck. We would definitely stay here again! One heads up for families traveling with younger children - the primary bedroom suite is two levels above the other two bedrooms - which my teen and tween loved, but might be a little scary for littles.

Very comfortable and quiet! Excellent amenities throughout. Kitchen very functional and included everything for a week stay. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Location was really convenient to ski areas. Would definitely stay again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The home is throughly stocked with everything you need and more. It was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Great Experience!
This property is highly recommended to stay. Definitely would stay there again. It is located on the side of the mountain and had nice friendly neighbors. You do need an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive to get there safely in the winter, which we had thankfully. The beds were very comfortable which for my family is very important. So we slept well. I do recommend this property to anyone that is staying in Breckenridge.

FIVE STAR Cabin!!
I can't say enough positive things about this property! The hosts communication was 10/10, the property was clean, close to town, and well stocked! We were amazed, we didn't run out of toilet paper the whole time lol. The area we stayed in was peaceful and still close to town and the slopes! We used the wood burning fireplace every day we were there too. Not only was the cabin great, the host helped us as far as directing us to places to see and rental spots while we were in town! I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge!

Property was perfect for our family ski trip of 2 adults and 3kids under 10 . Beautiful setting and very comfortable with all necessary supplies for a family on vacation. Great location . 10 - 15 minute drive to ski slope The kids loved the hot tub.

Amazing property to stay at in Breck!
Everything about this home is incredible. It is stocked with everything you could want or need, from kitchen to bathrooms to bedrooms. The home has an incredible atmosphere that immediately when you walk in, it feels like your home. Heated tile floors, fully stocked kitchen to cater multiple styles of patrons, whether adult friends or a large family. The host was very communicative and prompt to respond to all questions or concerns. They lay out all expectations for the property simply and nothing was difficult about staying here. Even checkout was easier than most hotels! 11/10, I would give it 100 stars if I could!

The house was conveniently located close to downtown Breckenridge, but still secluded in the mountainside. The home itself was stunning, immaculate, and fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items for preparing full meals. It exceeded all expectations!

Clean and Close and Quiet with a hot tub
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here with friends. We came back because of the location and cleanliness of the place. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. There is also a garage for your vehicle, all wheel drive would be preferred but I had no problem in 2 wheel drive with snow tires.

Beautiful Breckenridge home for family get-away!
What a wonderful Breckenridge retreat for our New Years family get-away! Close to downtown Breckenridge, yet 10 min. away tucked up in the mountainside, surrounded by lodgepole pines. Home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen items needed for full meal prep. Hot tub under the stars was a fun way to unwind after a day of skiing!

AMAZING getaway!!
This property exceeded our expectations! The drive up to it is stunning (4x4 or AWD required). And the home that’s waiting for you is clean, comfortable and well stocked. There are beautiful mountain views from the large kitchen windows. The moose and beautiful fox were amazing to see! The layout is perfect for a large family with the master on the third floor and the other two bedrooms on the first. We truly cherished our time there and hope to return!

Outstanding property ! A must Stay for a Family getaway
Stayed here with our two Daughters (21 & 17) and a college roommate (21) for a Ski trip to Breck/Vail. Huge win for no Resort tax!!!! The property is only a short drive to the Gondola Lot off Airport Rd 5 min (Which avoids busy main street) You literally would run into Broken Compas Brewing if you did not stop at the stop sign (A must stop). The City Market is also 5 min up the road. The property has everything you need including a hot tub for apres ski. It is on a dead end street and is very quiet. The owners and property mgmt are excellent at communication. You really won't need them... It's perfect !!!

Fantastic stay
Traveling with two small children (2 and 1) isn’t always easy, but this property has thought about everything to facilitate the process, from kid friendly bowls and plates, to high chairs, cribs, baby gates, etc. The house is beautifully located among trees, close to town and has a hot tub to end the day in. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Found our new Breck getaway!
We’ve stayed at quite a few places near Breck/Silverthorne and this home was by far our favorite! It was so comfortable and welcoming we felt like it was our little home away from home. The welcome package was such a cute unexpected surprise and the private hot tub was a game changer after a long ski day! Will definitely be back next time we stay in Breck!
