"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"The location was great for our visit and day trips to Heidelberg, Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. It was a very easy drive back to the Frankfurt Airport on our day of depart. "We loved this space. The house is clean, spacious, and has great natural light. It is a bit hard to find, but thankfully the neighbors helped us. It’s within a few minutes walk of several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet street, and it was nice to have the windows open at night to enjoy the weather. I would definitely stay here again. If you are traveling and want to see Heidelberg, this is a great place on the outskirts."

"The apartment was very clean and tidy. Checking in was super easy and modern. The location is a bit remote but very quiet. The apartment has everything you need. However, the fridge in the living room and bedroom is quite loud and a bit annoying at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is extremely poor and hardly usable if you need to get some work done. Overall, the value for money was reasonable given the circumstances."
