Sometimes it took quite a while for the elevators to come. We were on 2nd floor so it'd been nice if we could just walk up or down a level rather than having to use the elevator. 2. The receptionist staff could have made our stay even more enjoyable by letting us check out later but they wanted to add more payments on top of us paying full price to even stay there. The restaurant staff were great and found us a table despite being booked out. This was one of the best stays despite only being one night. "
