"We were charged $15 extra for parking. In the past this has been complimentary. We were told it's because of the booking site we used. We went for cheapest site but in the end it wasn't because of this. Just a note to be aware of this"

" Here’s a polished and more fluid version of your review: We were dropped off right at the doorstep by the airport shuttle in central Dunedin, which was so convenient. The hotel kindly stored our bags while we explored, and we popped into Maggie’s, one of the many charming cafes surrounding the area. "A great experience overall. Very atmospheric property with beautiful gardens (and bird life!) Only recommendation would be to change the double bed in room 27 which is a serious sagger. Otherwise, the room was tastefully decorated to fit the late Victorian vibe. "
