"Centrally located hotel … with its own parking … service is a bit of a hit or miss … when I wanted help with my luggage during check in , they got the bar tender to help … while in the room when I requested for a plate and spoon … was told that I could come down and get it or pay 5 euros to have it delivered … this is 4 star service in Cork I guess .. anyway on my check out when I similarly asked for help was informed that there were no men available … otherwise the hotel was ok … "
