Cottages on Norris is a duplex located on a picturesque street in the coastal village of St. Mary's Georgia. Unit B is the back half of the duplex. Guests enter through a side gate that opens into a lovely covered living area perfect for reading and relaxing. Upon entering the unit, guests will find a space that is meant to be efficient, restful, light and happy. Although small, guests will enjoy a small living area, two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. Cottages on Norris are located walking and biking distance to the downtown St Mary's shopping, dining, and Cumberland Island Ferry. The owner provides two bikes for guests to enjoy!!

Wonderful Weekend on Cumberland Island
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in St. Mary’s. Cumberland Island is one of our favorite spots, and it was so nice to return to a hot shower and comfortable bed rather than having to hop in the car and drive back to Jax. The house was perfect for our needs- thank you!

Excellent place to stay in St Marys. In walking distance to cafes and waterfront. Studio B has nice fenced in courtyard for our Goldendoodle to play. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped!

We had a great time here for just a quick two day getaway. There was a little mishap in the check-in, but the property manager and owners worked quickly and communicated with us often to get everything sorted out. Lovely location and cute little property!

Month Stay At Norris Cottage B
The property was comfortable and sized perfectly for two people or a small family. It has excellent private outdoor space for relaxing. Property manager, Brittany, was very responsive. We rented for a month and enjoyed neighborhood walks, birdwatching, Cumberland Island, Okefenokee Swamp, museums, Crooked River State Park, Jekyll and Amelia Islands. The waterfront restaurants are good. Locals Dockside for seafood; Riverside for lunch. Seagles also.

Great stay fir a weekend getaway!
My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at this cute, very clean and comfortable little cottage. We were in St. Marys for a post-birthday trip to relax and ride the Coastal Georgia Railway (which is a fun 1.5 hr excursion). The property was perfect for us and was spotless! It was conveniently located to the downtown area and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was flawless and even had recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops. Thoughtful Hosts
We rented for an entire week, everything was thoughtfully displayed, laid out, or had helpful hints so we felt at home in our cottage. The linens were all clean, but showed some wear. The historic neighborhood was quiet and very walkable, and the private courtyard was an appreciated bonus. We ate all of our meals under the covered patio. The cottage made the stay with our border collie an easy one.

Great location with everything you could need
We stayed in St. Marys to go to Cumberland Island national seashore to see the wild horses after traveling in SC, Savannah, and Tybee Island. This accomodation's location was perfect, just a short drive downtown to the ferry. If the weather had been cooler, we could have walked. The accommodation is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and lovely outdoor space. We saw two lizards outside, a skink and an anole. Having Netflix already logged in prevented frustration we have experienced at other vacation homes. The only drawbacks are the queen/full bed sags toward the middle, and when you're in the bathroom, you can hear the people in the attached accommodation if they're in their bathroom. Neither is unusual in a VRBO or really an issue. We would stay here again and recommend it!

The house was outstanding, it's located acrossed the street from a beautiful marsh. The area isn't friendly to small children as the few local attractions (submarine museum) and train museum are for adults and behaved kids, not energetic toddlers as we was kicked out of the submarines museum and the train museum isn't staffed and the owners show up on golf carts when you arrive but by then you think it's closed and go home. It's very far to the beach as there are no roads that go over the marsh so it's only accessible on boat. The only complaint about the house besides the a across street neigbours are young, cussing and rough is I was asked to pay more money through venmo after the completion of stay which I believe vrbo advises against and common sense says what? it's not right. Besides that the stay was amazing, the set up outside apartment A makes you feel like a personal paradise to just relax. All in all, If what you want is that specific area in Saint Mary then it's worth it but wasn't a good location for us since the beach was 45 mins away.

Quaint and Cozy
Definitely a great location. Owners were very communicative. Place is close to the main town. 3 minutes from the National Park Visitor Center. Needs a tad of updating, we went to bar be cue and there was no gas. I can't give it half a star if not I would rate 4 1/2 stars.

Two Day visit to Historical St. Marys
The property is strategically located near the restaurants and historical downtown area. We had an amazing stay and the property completely satisfied our needs. It was nice and quiet and extremely comfortable. Proximity was key for us and it met our needs.

Vacation with friends.
We had a great time there. Place was all we expected it to be. Neat, clean and well maintained with supplies . Manger Brittany ,was super great!! Have stayed there before and will stay again. Especially unit “B”. Love the privacy you have there.
