"We are a family of 3, stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is lovely, clean and quiet. We all slept well as there were no noise of banging doors, people walking in the hallway and no street noise either. Location is great as close to carpark, Albert Docks and the shopping mall. Nice restaurants around but we ate in the hotel. The food is delicious especially the breakfast. The size of the room is good. There are plenty of storage space. The bed is comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends who would like to visit Liverpool."

"On Wednesday the 19th of February, my sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Chester . From start to finish , even during the booking stage of our stay , was absolutely incredible. The care and attention the three beautiful girls gave us at reception was second to none . You were my absolute angels ,as it was a very important stay , reuniting with my sister after over 50 years apart. When we arrived on the day of our stay , there was thdxwarmest welcome and a caring hug. They really did share our joy . They had chosen a beautiful room overlookung the street , a beautiful breakfast was kindly organised for us , and a hand written card poetlically put together for this special occasion. The beautiful room was welcoming and warm, a gorgeous bathroom complete with Elemis bath products . I want to thank my three angels on reception ,for both Tuesday evening helping me to secure my stay and on the Wednesday when we arrived. I will never forget the contribution you all made to make this experience something really unforgettable. Your service is absolutely incredible and i will be returning again soon.
