Do NOT book this… 1. The bathroom is so terrible we ended up using the nearby Mc Donald’s. If you are 4.5 ft and above you will end up with serious medical conditions if you try to use the toilet as there is absolutely NO space to keep your knees …. It’s less than 6 inches between you and the front wall. Quite a task to sit …. 2. The toilet was broken so you will feel it timt every time 3. There were many lizards in the room and even fell on me while sleeping. 4. TV doesn't work 5. Very noisy with street below. 6. The shower is 16 inches by 27 inches and very small… really tiny! The whole bathroom is probably about 10-11 square feet maximum The pictures on website are well photo shopped giving an appearance of much bigger room. Excellent location is all that is going for it!!

Terrible. The toilet is way to small to sit and in fact quite a medical hazard particularly if you are taller than 5 ft. Plus the toilet was broken. TV was broken and never worked. Very noisy unit and hard to sleep. Lizards around in the room falling on you while you sleep.

The bathroom is tiny tiny - the smallest that I have ever seen. Very noisy though manager won't acknowledge it. The biggest issue is, it's only about 170 sqft, not 377 sqft as it claimed!!! Location is great.

The property was clean, but rustic with the need some updates. There is not kitchen, nor balcony. No functional tv as advertised. There is a microwave like in any other hotel so it is not an apartment. The noise was terrible, people were fighting on the street. We were in the second floor with a huge window to a very dirty street. The property is very centric and has good transportation access.

The property was everything you need for a short stay. It's in a central location and was easy to check in. It was slightly too small for an extended stay and the drains did smell, but otherwise it was perfect. The property was also well priced.

Arriving in the evening is quite scary since the streets are desert and not a living soul around: probably safer this way....Bathroom is a pattern of terrible quality in argentine appartments and National "boutique hotels"

Sem dúvidas é a melhor opção para quem quer visitar Buenos Aires ! É minha segunda vez na cidade e sinceramente essa foi a melhor localização que fiquei. Deixo aqui meu conselho : muitas pessoas pensam que ficar em PALERMO é o ideal mas na prática precisam pegar transporte para chegar aos lugares. Nessa acomodação consegui fazer tudo a pé, de forma prática e segura, em qualquer hora do dia. O checkin é prático e on-line, o apartamento é super espaçoso, infelizmente o banheiro é apertado mas isso não fez com que minha nota fosse abaixo de 5. Fica perto de TUUUDO, na esquina da florida, bem pertinho do obelisco, perto de várias cafeterias, na frente da casa de câmbio, perto da plaza de Mayo. Sinceramente o que eu economizei de Uber não foi brincadeira…. Sem contar que o preço que paguei foi super justo. A acomodação não tem recepção, é tudo na fechadura eletrônica (para mim não mudou nada pois eu não precisei de uma recepção de fato ) . Fica ao LADO de uma loja de vinhos e mercado com preço justo, e também na mesma calçada da empanadas express, que é uma delícia . Tem toalhas, shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido disponível, papel higiênico só tem 1 e talvez você precise comprar caso eles não deixem disponível, fiquei em torno de 7 dias e deu no limite kkkkk. Então é isso, indico, e voltaria ( e olhe que sou uma pessoa detalhista)

O apartamento é simples, confortável e bem localizado! Perto de tudo… fiz tudo a pé! O proprietário respondeu super rápido quando solicitei ajuda! Já tinha lido nos comentários sobre o barulho na rua e um protetor auricular ou fones de ouvido resolvem o problema!
