The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! "The hotel is across from the central train station in Luzern. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and has a great breakfast. We only stayed one night, but I recommend it because it is super central, walking distance to the city center, crossing the bridge in 10 minutes. We went to the Christmas markets, and it was easy for us to stay here. I recommend it."
