Pleasantly surprised. Not much on the outside, but rooms were big, upgraded bathrooms, but scuffed furniture. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is easy accessnt Ralphs grocery, Starbucks, and the freeway.

Property in great location, staff was friendly. Hotel was very quiet. Heat wasn’t working like it should have. Otherwise have no other complaints.

This is a nice property and would stay again. Vegas overall has become too pricey...2 double espressos and 2 small vanilla bean scones came out to $28USD for what one would pay about $7. I expect to pay more but this is become extreme. Deny's is across the street for a cheap breakfast and you must try Taco's el Gordo just beside it!

Great location, casino and staff

The hotel is really up the the name of it. Everything is nice, clean, upscale. I like almost everything about this place and definitely consider to stay here more in future. The only complaint I have is the weight sensor minibar. I picked up one of the item to check what included in it without seeing the sign stating 30 seconds limit. I out it back as soon as I saw the sign but I still got charged for it. Although the CS is really nice and gentle offering refund right away, I still quite feel annoyed that they put that trick there and make me waste my time to call them.
