"Not a large room but very pleasant decor. Quite well located and even though room faced the main street it was not noisy. The light on the exit sign in the room was surprisingly bright. Parking as usual in Spanish cities was problem though since their car park had no spaces remaining."

"Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "

"We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral. The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5."

"I can't imagine a better location in Burgos. The apartment is very comfortable. Everything is well considered and appliances like dishwasher, washing machine and TV are all excellent. Wonderful windows to get a cross-breeze on a warm summer evening. Parking was possible on the street in front. Very responsive host. Well recommended."
