"I was aware the resort was kind of "rustic" in the sense of a natural park/water park - cabin, but to our surprise, it exceeded our expectation, our room was ample, clean and great. The staff was uber-kind and attentive to our needs, we were provided an informative package with all the activities and amenities they offer, I wish I had more time than just the weekend to explore the area; we all had fun. This is a family resort so expect pets and kids around. "

"Our fridge didn’t work and there was two beers left over from the previous person who stayed. The cold food I brought ultimately had to be thrown away. We let the front desk know and they said they would switch the fridge out but never did. "

"The room stunk like smoke. I stayed an hr and asked for a other room because i was beciming nauseated. He didnt have another one but gave some spray stuff. Still didnt help but we had no other choice to stay. The room was in disrepair. Sheets were dirty on one bed. The bathtub was dirty. The chair was in such disrepair. It was the worst room I ever stayed in. It was the most uncomfortable and restless night I've ever had. I have pictures of the disrepair but unfortunately I can not take pics of...
