"We stayed over the Christmas Holidays and the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and polite with no exceptions. Hotel very clean and great rooms and the breakfast buffet was amazing. If you’re looking for a great culinary experience within the hotel try their “Soul Garden” restaurant. "My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage."

"We stayed in their sister hotel (Epic SANA Marquês during the summer for one night! We decided to stay in Epic SANA Lisboa this time! We loved this hotel and decided to extend our stay! Convenient location! Walk to park where Christmas marker was held, and we went to shopping mall a few steps away. We enjoyed indoor pool, and delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable bed! We received compliment desert on NYE and chocolates the next day. Staff were friendly! Ww will return to this wonderful hotel! "

"The room service are bad during the night and our toilet door is broken. But the food the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast crew are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near the metro, which you could travel to city center or to some tourist destination. There's McDonald's, grocery store and Chinese restaurant nearby. My best advice... buy 1 day or 3 day ticket in the metro if u travelling."

"The Metro was right outside and very convenient for getting to the Centre and to the Airport, Handy grocery store next door, Room was clean and comfortable, As a woman the neighborhood was a little dodgy, but overall Ok since we didn't stay there much. I'd use it again"
