"This is our third year staying at the Lakefront House. Never fails to meet our expectations - quiet, clean, and comfortable with everything we need at our fingertips. It is close to major roadways, but you would never know it. It is so peaceful, no sound of traffic at all. Rhonda and Simon are the perfect hosts, always available but to be honest we hardly ever see them. Really could not be more perfect. We hope to return for a 4th visit. "

"We came to Florida from NJ to visit friends that just moved to Palm Harbor and Lakewood Ranch. The home was the perfect location, close enough to everything. Home was great, perfect for our needs. "Three couple family members were in the house and our one brother and his wife had their motor home in the place just .3 away. House was perfect for us have get together for dinner, hot tub time and just hanging out. We are from all over the United States so perfect location. Would love to have had one more room with queen size bed but made it work. Didn’t realize that the hot tub recycles itself, so when it was drained, we panicked a little. "The pics did not do the home justice! The inside of the house was immaculate along with the pool/grill area. IF there was anything that I would suggest would be better curb appeal in the front and far back yard, update the landscaping, clear the vegetation by the creek out some but overall, it is still well above a 5 as a rating!"

"We had a wonderful time here. The house was full of amenities, we loved how nicely prepared the backyard was since my family loved grilling. However, what really impressed us was how hospitable and responsive our host was. They did not hesitate to answer any of our questions and concerns. We definitely recommend this place for any families who want a good beach getaway. "
