"The property and location were perfect for our stay in Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was not as accurate as described. Business may need to update their instructions. Picked up keys at convenience store, check out you had to get out of the parkade first and then go back up and leave keys. "Lack of necessities at times (paper towels, soap, etc.), and the bed had hair from the previous tenant. All TV channels require log-ins, which a foreign traveler may not have access to."

"The condo itself is 5 stars, this property was perfect for our family's visit to Calgary. I deducted a star for a couple issues we experienced. The condo was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. We did visit in the summer, so it was bright out until almost 11 pm and sun came up at 5 am so blackout curtains would have been nice. You have to meet up for check-in and since our flight was delayed we had to go to the after hours lockbox which wasn't super convenient especially when its...
