We are the only luxury rental with full-time, onsite staff. At any other vacation rental, you self-check-in and are on your own - lucky if you can get someone to respond to a call if an appliance breaks. Not so with us. Our 12-person full-time team includes caretakers, housekeepers, I.T. expert & dedicated concierges. Unlike any other regional rental, we have an on-site caretaker as well as an IT expert. Numerous staff monitor our guest assistance line (text and phone) 365 days a year.

For discerning guests who are buyers and collectors, we can provide membership-level access to many of our neighbors as well as recherché, limited-production wineries throughout. We have access to a nearby rural and intimate event facility or can help you locate a backroads venue of choice ~ ideal for corporate meetings, dinner parties, and private celebrations. Elopements and corporate meetings are easily accommodated as are private events at boutique wineries.

We are 20 minutes from the center of either valley floor. The properties are essentially rural, surrounded by world-famous vineyards and wineries; your own private nature preserve.

We do our very best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but cannot make early guarantees. Arrivals or departures on a Saturday are usually not possible.

AIRPORTS ~ A WORD TO THE WISE
We are 1.75 hours from the international airports of San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento. We cannot recommend enough that, when possible, use the smaller regional airport in Santa Rosa, 30 minutes from the house, with numerous daily flights arriving from Burbank, Bend OR, Denver, Dallas, Las Vegas, Orange County, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, Seattle, San Francisco, LA. This easy airport saves 3 to 4 hours round trip.
