The hotel has a very new and fresh feeling to it, everything is very clean and has a lovely smell. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The only negative is the room service food we received was terrible. The chips were cold and undercooked, the pizza's were completely burnt and tasted like cheap frozen supermarket ones. Very disappointing.

The staff all were excellent and really accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent having a wide range of cold and hot food. The location was good being close to the station and the botanic gardens and not too far from the centre.

Like the lobby staff, always wear big smiles and keen to help. Super close to railway central station and bus stops. Overall was good, really enjoyed our stay. Biggest downside was parking, shower took some time to warm up however the food was good, staff were friendly and we really liked that our room was cleaned when we went out early in the day!
