"Lovely relaxing stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, with everything done to a very high end property. It was a bit windy and overcast when we were there (and the pool was a touch on the cold side), so we used it mainly as a base. We had one nice afternoon by the pool though, and ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. All in all, a great stay."

Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. "Kids party here and then come back to their rooms at 5am. Walls are super thin so you can hear them puking. We stayed one night paid for 4 days they wouldn’t refund me for the nights we didn’t stay. The air con in the room worked really well and the room was cleaned every day. The only negatives were the beds were very creaky and there were a lot of noisy people staying there while I was there, it says there are quiet hours but there was a lot of noise until 2-3am every night, hopefully this was a one off but maybe take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!...

"This hotel is situated in a good location right by the beach. About 30mins walk (easy) to the santa maria basilica and 35to old town. There is also a lidl (grocery store) close by. It is easy to get to the airport about 8mins away. There is a bus that you can take to get to the airport for only 5€. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool although pretty windy since it is on the roof. The staff were great and i got to stay at the pool even though I had checked out. Would definitely come back."
