- You must be 24 years old or older to book.
- You may not book this house on behalf of anyone else.
- No smoking (anything) inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee after checkout.
- Please remove dirty shoes while inside the house
- Maximum of 8 adult guests. Bringing more than 8 guests will result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am.
- No parties or events. This is a strict rule enforced by each platform. Evidence of parties or events will result in an early end to your stay with no refund, and an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee.
- Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.
- Bag all garbage. The local garbage service takes them out individually and won't take loose garbage in the bin.
- No pets are allowed in the cabin. If we find out there are pets in the house, this will result in an early end to your stay with no refund. Evidence of pets in the house after your stay will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee after check out.
- We understand that accidents happen. Kids get into stuff, people trip, items get dropped, etc. If something happens, please let us know right away. It is much easier to come to a solution knowing ahead of time than to discover issues during cleaning.
