Located in the Cliffview Resort region close to hiking trails & Zipline. A great overlooked gen. This house offers a large screened in deck. Being in the mountains biting bugs can be nasty, but no problem at this house! Newly renovated in 2023- new furniture, new floor, 3rd Full bathroom added.

This 2 story house offers 4-BR, 3- full BA, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, outdoor hot tub, Smart TV, satellite TV, vcr/dvd, wrap around deck, large screened-in porch with furniture, full service kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, central heat/AC, and beautiful stone wood burning fireplace for fall/winter guests. There is a washer & dryer available for long stay guests.

Two BR have a queen bed each, 3rd BR has a queen and 2 twins, 4th BR has a queen bed. Two BR's are on first floor; the other 2 are downstairs in a basement area, next to pool table den room.

This house is much larger than it looks from exterior and perfect to immerse yourself in nature. Outside on the deck is a natural gas grill. There is a fire pit with benches for campfires and making s'mores! This house will allow a well trained pet for an extra fee & has the screened in porch, perfect for a pet.

Parking Area will fit several cars, trailers are recommended to park at the top of the driveway before the gate on the pulloff.

The cabin was very clean and cozy with an excellent porch (with bug netting). Was a great rental for our larger group. Just make sure to bring any extra towels and toiletries including soaps and shampoos you may want.

Very nice cabin!
We had a great stay at Peaceful Haven this weekend! We had plenty of space for our group of 10, and absolutely enjoyed all the amenities of the cabin!! The directions to get to the cabin were a little complicated but we found it using Google maps (make sure to download an offline version 😉). The floors were a little dusty but we were in the woods. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The hot tub was clean & a perfect temperature. Thanks for a great stay!!

The stay at was great! The only complaints were we wished the directions from check in to the cabin were a little more clear or even a print out map with highlighted route would have been a game changer! And the house has a “heartbeat” you can hear the water sloshing and gurgling through the pipes throughout the whole house the whole time. Almost sounding like a heartbeat. We got used to it and was fine but was pretty noticeable at first. Other than that it was a great stay and great location! Will do again in the area!

Beautiful cabin
My family stayed in this cabin during our trip in Slade, KY and loved it. Super clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here next time we visit the area. It is secluded enough from the other cabins to offer total privacy, but conveniently 10 minutes from the town.
