The real highlight was amazing food, I really recommend to go for a half board. What surprised me were some employees at the reception, seemed to be confused and not very professional, a lady called Berta was truly unpleasant, I have never experienced such a behavior at the hotel reception though I am a really frequent traveller. "Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent.
