"Receptionist was the nicest person i think I've ever spoken to ever! Minor issue with a neighbours motion light being on all night the first night (no one was staying there, it was just glitching). We asked about it and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness (I felt bad asking and they were so easy about it). Parking arrangements are a nuisance; need to find a street park to check in before they’ll even try and allocate a space in the underground car park. Access is denied to the car park until you’re checked in. And even then the number plate recognition and back up QR access code provided failed to let me in. Parking much harder than it should be. "
