"Hotel is beautiful , like a real antique , however hotel doesn't have lift ( seems is normal in Venice) we were in second floor with super tight stair case which was difficult to take luggage, The staff were vey kind and help us to carry some luggage , but I twisted one of my knuckles when taking a suitcase to upstairs. "

"Unique property, we had a loft style room overlooking the canal, had everything we needed, very spacious. Easy to reach from the airport by taxi boat - great way to arrive. Excellent breakfast, a bit different to the standard hotel offering. Would definitely recommend."

"We booked the suite and believe this is the only suite they have. The front desk was friendly and helpful! The check in process is very smooth. We was give a bottle of wine on a daily basis and the complimentary waters were enough to last the entire stay. The bed was huge and comfortable! The pullout sofa bed is very comfortable and our 12 and 16 year old ones were happy. The location is perfect! Overall we highly recommend this place!"

"The apartment is in a very quiet, quaint part of Venice. The owner communicated with us quite well leading up to our arrival. There were four of us in our group, with two sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room, and two in the bedroom. The space is small, but offered everything we needed. We could watch gondolas going by out the windows, and we felt as if we were a part of the community."
