Rest and recharge in Cape Coral, close (but not too close) to Ft. Meyers, Punta Gorda, Pine Island, Matlacha, and Naples, FL. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Long term renters to provide supplemental necessities like toiletries, coffee, and maintain clean linens & towels. *The video shows the floor plan and was taken by a realtor when the house was on sale.
