There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and lots of bar seating (7).

Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, lobster pot w/crab crackers, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Dining: Kitchen Counter with 7 stools, Dining room that seats 8 plus high chair...

Deck furniture: Patio table w/6 chairs plus 2 loungers

Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot got around $20.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

This home makes a great family vacation home & it’s custom fit for hurricane relief groups looking to share space and expenses. You can sleep up to 13 people each in their OWN BED & avoid the high cost of a hotel.
