"Outside was smelly."

"Caring staff, I fell outside the hotel trying to man handle bags onto my back. The staff were there in seconds, helping me and taking my bags. The manager, Adrian took my bags to my room, came back with ice packs and informed me that if I needed he could organise medical help. The restaurant had a small but appetising menu and again the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very easy to get to, on the Esplanade, comfortable rooms. However, the fried menu of everything not meeting dietary diversity, but the breakfast buffet very fulfilling."

"The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hub of the city is their harbour front area and we needed to take an Uber to/from the Hotel to dine out and explore the city. We would have preferred to be in walking distance to the city sights. "
