"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"

"Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. "The campground had a nice restaurant and laundry room, and transportation to town on bus lines and taxis. The cabins were comfortable and the views over the bay were great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the campground!"

"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Not for the faint at heart. A challenge to find and everything was done by text (no one on site), and the car in the middle of a twisty narrow road while trying to get the keys, understand the parking and find the room. "

"The terrace offers incredible views of the ocean, very close to the port and main strip. It’s also easy to get to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home itself could use some more furniture, but was perfect for two of us! "

"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"We had a rental car and there were some communication problems just with the language barrier. Stopping to unload luggage anywhere in Positano is stressful and so is parking"

"Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. "The hotel and facilities were absolutely amazing. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for every little thing. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the shopping, but far enough off the streets it was pretty quiet at night. The Persian cat that lives on the grounds was absolutely adorable and friendly. Tons of great dining options right around the hotel as well, and the breakfast the hotel served was awesome with tons of options. The bar at the hotel was also very modestly priced for the island and again; with lots of options. Overall, for the price; you can’t stay anywhere better in my opinion if you’re looking to stay in Capri. My only complaints are with the room (106) is that the patio door did not shut all the way; the weather was very nice but you could hear the nightlife and trash service when they came around. The water temperature in the shower seemed to have a mind of its own, getting very hot when it was at mid temperature setting. Those complaints are very small in the overall picture, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay on Capri for a decent price! 10/10 and 5 stars!! "

"The Capri Inn is a lovely 'room with breakfast'. Great view of the ocean and marina. Far enough from the marina to not be noisy at night but within easy walking distance of this and the funicular to go to the Old Town. The lady who checked us in was lovely and gave us all the information we needed including restaurant recommendations which we perfect. One thing - and the Capri Inn pre warns you about this. The Inn is within a moderate walk uphill of the marina. When you get there there are two flights of stairs to the rooms with no lift. If you have heavy luggage I'd recommend you use the porters at the marina to take your luggage to the property - 10 euros seems a lot but may be well worth it. Only need it on the way up though - probably !!"
