"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. It was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out and lots of games to enjoy when the weather was a little rainy. I definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back again. "

"Our first trip back to the islands since 3 rounds of hurricanes and we were pleasantly surprised in the recovery. Even with Captiva’s being the most recent the beaches were lovely and our condo view even though it wasn’t what it would have been was still lovely. There is much work being done on the resort but didn’t find it to be disruptive only a sign of improvement. Plenty of restaurants a short walk or bike ride away to dine at and we enjoyed all of them. Dream vacations were fantastic...

"My family of 4 really loved it! We have a 13 and 18 year old and they were both happy in the house, plenty of space and plenty to do. We also really like staying in Sunset Captiva. Pool was very nice, and warm! Very nice pickle ball courts, and of course the beach! Captiva"

"We loved every single minute of our stay in this magical place. The location was phenomenal, the house had everything you could imagine, and the owner/ and manager of the property were attentive to every detail! "

"The condo had a nice, unobstructed view of the beach. We made all our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, new appliances and accessories. Very quiet and less than a minute walk to the beach. We will be back! "

"My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. "

"Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. "

"The owner was delightful! She answered all questions and was a marvelous host. The home was beautiful. Golf cart certainly was a plus. Captiva is rebuilding nicely. "

"Long weekend on captiva was relaxing and lovely. Clean property that was comfortable. Did not bring k cups so had to get those due to the type of coffee maker but the location is great. Rented bikes as well which made the trip so much better "

"The property was beautiful, very quiet and serene. The pools were wonderful (heated with one a "Serenity" pool). Three restaurants plus a pool bar and Starbucks plus a takeout pizza place. It's not fancy, just relaxing. Our room was nice with a balcony to view the sunsets. One negative was the "Red Tide" so there were tons of dead fish on the beach although the resort did try to clean them up from in front of the resort. Also, vacationers should be made aware of the daily "holds" put on...
