We arrived after dark and even though the residence was not far from the Hotel Mirabell where we picked up the key, the map we were provided with was not helpful with finding the residence. "Camilla's place in Cortina was EPIC. We had the good fortune to be in the OFF-season (late November!) - which meant that the massive and summer and winter crowds were gone. Camilla's place is exactly as it seems. First, it's gorgeous. Most of the world would say it's weird to have an apartment building WAY up a hill above a small town. "The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying."
